Through consumer research (talking to lots and lots of pre- and post-natal moms) and working closely with the Storkcraft team, it became clear that they are a parenting company, more than a furniture manufacturer. The inextricably human interactions of their customer service and commitment to designing products with real parental challenges in mind revealed how much they understood how memorable every new part of parenting is. For Storkcraft, it really is about cherishing all the little moments in the nursery.
